Care & Maintenance: Sterilize before first use by submerging in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes. Clean well after each use by one of the following methods: Hand-wash with warm soapy water and rinse well, place in the top rack of a domestic dishwasher (≤60°C / 140°F), or immerse in a bowl of freshly boiled water for 5 minutes (not in a pot directly on the stove).
